The Coast’s iconic nightlife destination gets a stunning transformation as Beau Rivage’s signature lounge and live entertainment venue reopens August 14, completely reimagined and ready for a new era of nights out.
Designed by Los Angeles-based Avenue Interior Design, the creative team behind Beau Rivage’s acclaimed seafood restaurant Coraline’s, EIGHT75 evokes the warmth and elegance of a classic Southern parlor while embracing the energy of a contemporary lounge. Deep, rich hues, luxurious fabrics, and thoughtfully layered details transport guests to an era of gracious entertaining, creating an atmosphere that is both timeless and fresh.

EIGHT75 offers an intimate escape tucked just beyond the gaming floor. A curved façade, brass detailing, polished finishes, and a deep burgundy palette establish a refined first impression, while velvet drapery, patterned textiles, and warm lighting invite guests into a richly immersive interior with seating for 130 guests in the venue that has grown to 3,000 square feet. Ornate, detailed chinoiserie-patterned wallpaper, a European interpretation of Chinese decorative art, adorns the central pillars and the half-wall at the entrance.
Two striking design elements anchor the venue: the 41-foot marble bar and the performance stage. The expansive bar features warm wood detailing, illuminated shelving, distinctive tiger-patterned bar stools, and a linear light installation composed of globe fixtures, creating an inviting backdrop for cocktails and conversation.
The raised bandstand serves as the second focal point, framed by an oversized gilded clamshell that provides a dramatic backdrop for nightly performances. Upholstered walls carry the color palette throughout while providing sound absorption to foster conversations during live music.
Live bands will perform seven nights a week. Triggerproof takes the stage on the Grand Opening weekend from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. The popular Coast cover band blends pop, rock, and hip-hop into fresh, high-energy performances that reinvent today’s hits alongside classic favorites.
EIGHT75’s sophisticated new design is complemented by an exceptional selection of craft cocktails, wines, and beers, thoughtfully curated to elevate the experience.
The full bar features top brands, 24 wine and 22 beer options, and eight signature cocktails, including the Blue Note, made with Ketel One Vodka, blueberry, lemon, and lavender; the Encore Espresso made with Patron Reposado Tequila, Espresso, Demerara, Banana and Vanilla Crema; the Barrel No. 875 made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Spiced Demerara Syrup and Angostura Bitters; and Smoke & Brass made with Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Demerara Syrup, Peychaud’s Bitters, Absinthe and Applewood Smoke.
Guests can pair their favorite cocktail or beverage with Bar Provisions shareable bites, including The Classic, house-made cheese & chive crackers, Biloxi Blonde beer nuts and gourmet olives; The Signature, mango Tajin fruit jellies and crispy pasta chips; and a Charcuterie Jar with a selection of artisan meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, and seasonal accompaniments.

Rushing for Riches $250,000 giveaway begins in September
Sept. 1 – Nov. 1, MGM Rewards members will receive (1) drawing entry for every 100 MGM Rewards Points earned. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, MGM Rewards members can earn 2X drawing entries, and a tiered multiplier can be earned on Thursdays. BetMGM has drawn up the winning plays for hungry football fans this season. Starting Sept. 9, Triple Stack features will be available in addition to the regular menu items at BetMGM.

Homecoming festivities are just around the corner, and that means students will not only be choosing what to wear, but also where to have dinner and take photos before the big dance.
Beau Rivage’s Salt & Ivy is offering two prix fixe menus for Homecoming to help make dinner one less thing to worry about – with the added luxury of accommodating groups of up to 20 at a single table, while larger parties can be seamlessly accommodated at multiple tables. Salt & Ivy is also right at the resort’s main entrance, allowing guests to valet-park and be just steps away from dinner.
To elevate the dining experience, all members of the party will select from one of these two prix fixe menus:
The $45 menu starts with a choice of house salad or creamy tomato basil soup, followed by an entrée choice of chicken pot pie; a crispy seafood plate of Mississippi farm-raised catfish, Gulf shrimp, hushpuppies, seasoned fries, and creamy coleslaw; or a house-ground char-grilled beef burger with choice of cheese on a toasted Hawaiian bun, served with Zapps chips.
The $65 menu starts with the choice of Caesar salad or creamy tomato basil soup, followed by an entrée choice of New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp and grits; a grilled pork chop with sweet potato mash, charred broccolini and a Beurre Blanc sauce; or a char-grilled ribeye with whipped mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and a veal demi-glace.
Each dinner comes with a chef’s dessert platter and complimentary drink refills.

The Buffet offers Labor Day specials to diners
The Buffet has brunch and dinner specials on the menu for Labor Day weekend, Sept. 5 and 6.
At brunch, enjoy a Brioche French Toast action station with a choice of toppings, including caramelized banana and walnuts or raspberry-stuffed French Toast. The action station is in addition to the regular menu offerings.
For dinner, The Buffet will feature herb-crusted Prime Rib, spicy shrimp boil, NOLA BBQ shrimp, grilled sirloin, along with specialty dessert offerings of Strawberry Tres Leches, peach pie, apple crisp, lemon gooey bars, and Bananas Foster.
Guests can also enhance their dining experience with special cocktails, including Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Poinsettias, sparkling sine, beers, frozen daiquiris with a souvenir cup, and wine by the glass or bottle.

Tour Italy in September at the Global Buffet
The Buffet at Beau Rivage celebrates flavors from around the world year-round, featuring dishes that highlight a different country each month. Called Global Cuisine, The Buffet culinary team is creating dishes that will transport diners to the featured country. Each month, nine dishes — including a dessert — will be added to the more than 200 items normally found on The Buffet. The Global Cuisine items will be served at lunch and dinner daily.
September offers a taste of Italy with gnocchi al forno, eggplant rollatini, chicken piccata, Italian ceci salad, pork Scarpa Riello, orecchiette with sausage and rapini, house-made meatballs, cannoli, and tiramisu shots.
What better way to celebrate October than with German cuisine found at Octoberfest? The Buffet will feature German pasta salad, sauerbraten, schnitzel, beer-braised cabbage, sausage and sauerkraut, pork chops with apples, sweet and sour red cabbage, potato kugel, and black forest cake.
November has diners traveling to India for such tasty dishes as butter chicken, chana masala, tandoori chicken, kachumber salad, aloo gobi, palak paneer, dal makhani, basmati rice, and mango yogurt pudding.
The Buffet is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Tuesday. The Buffet is closed for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Roasted Bean, Beau Rivage’s signature coffee bistro, offers a full range of coffee drinks as well as sweets and sandwiches for a quick bite or just to relax and unwind.
The Roasted Bean’s coffee is roasted on-site for the freshest coffee around, and bags are available for purchase in the bistro. In addition to sandwiches, burgers, paninis, salads and pastries, The Roasted Bean offers featured drinks, a featured cookie and its irresistible pound cake.
In September, try a Pumpkin Spice Latte, or Salted Caramel Latte or a Tokyo Fog hot tea, or a chocolate malt shake. If you’ve got the urge for a sweet treat, try the Pumpkin Loaf featured this month, sold by the slice or whole loaf, or the featured cookie, the snickerdoodle skillet cookie.

Located on the casino floor just outside the BetMGM Sportsbook, Snacks offers sandwiches, salads, wraps, pizza and to-go items like sushi, cookies, chips and more. In September, Snacks is featuring the Big Beau sandwich featuring chopped cube steak with caramelized onions, mayonnaise, pickles and pepper jack cheese on a sub roll.

Sept. 14 – 19th Make-A-Wish Ricky Peden Golf Tournament. The 19th Annual Make-a-Wish Ricky Peden Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Monday, Sept. 14, at Fallen Oak. Sept. 20 – St. Baldrick’s Rock The Bald. Ground Zero Blues Club is hosting the 5th annual event, including a live auction, to benefit the Gulf Coast St. Baldrick’s Foundation in its fight against childhood cancer. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.
Sept. 29 – Salute to the Military. The Gulf Coast Chamber will host the 44th Annual Salute to the Military breakfast at Beau Rivage from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Tickets are available through the Chamber of Commerce.
