Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand, the exclusive Thai affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has officially opened its Phuket office, marking the company’s second location in Thailand following the launch of its Bangkok office in January 2025.
The opening was celebrated with an exclusive event at RAVA Beach Club, bringing together developers, business partners, property owners, investors, industry leaders and distinguished guests from Thailand’s luxury real estate community.
Located in Cherngtalay, Bang Tao, Phuket, the new office strengthens Christie’s International Real Estate Thailand’s presence in one of the region’s most dynamic luxury property markets. As international interest in Phuket’s premium residential sector continues to grow, the office will serve as a dedicated hub connecting the island’s exceptional villas, branded residences and waterfront estates with Christie’s worldwide network of high-net-worth buyers, private clients and luxury real estate specialists across 59 countries and territories.
