Club Med, the pioneer of premium all-inclusive holidays for over 75 years, recently recognised three of its highest-performing Travel Agent partners with an exclusive seven-night Indian Ocean Famil, delivered in partnership with Air Mauritius and spanning two of Club Med’s breathtaking resorts — Club Med Seychelles and Club Med La Plantation d’Albion in Mauritius.

Held from 24 to 31 July, the immersive experience was designed to recognise the contribution of Club Med’s top-performing Travel Agent partners, while providing an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share Club Med’s upcoming business plans and explore opportunities to grow the business together.

The Famil kicked off with a premium Business Class journey from Perth with Air Mauritius, giving agents their first opportunity to experience the airline’s new Thursday night service, which has increased its frequency from Perth to three weekly services into Mauritius. From there, the itinerary took agents across Club Med’s Exclusive Collection portfolio in the Indian Ocean, offering a first-hand look at how the collection combines spacious accommodation, refined dining and personalised services, including personal concierge services, with the freedom and ease of an all-inclusive holiday.

At Club Med Seychelles, agents enjoyed the resort’s unique island setting, with time to enjoy its watersports, evening entertainment and signature Sunset Ritual beach party, bringing together music, connection and the natural beauty of the destination.

The itinerary extended beyond the resort with a full-day excursion to La Digue, offering agents the opportunity to discover local Seychellois island life. Travelling by private chauffeur-driven buggy, agents explored the island’s spectacular coastlines, encountered its famous giant tortoises and enjoyed local Seychellois cuisine on the beach, highlighting the opportunity to combine a Club Med stay with authentic destination experiences.

In Mauritius, agents immersed themselves in the premium offering at Club Med La Plantation d’Albion, including the resort’s Exclusive Collection spaces and Albion Villas. The private villas, complete with dedicated butlers and personalised private chefs, provided a firsthand demonstration of Club Med’s highly personalised approach to luxury.

A highlight of the Mauritius programme was an exclusive sunset cruise at Albion, followed by a private dinner at the Albion Villas, where personalised chefs and butlers created an elevated dining experience exclusively for the group.

Beyond product immersion, the Famil provided dedicated time for Club Med and its Travel Agent partners to connect on a deeper level. Through brand immersion sessions, agents were given insights into Club Med’s business plan and upcoming developments, while exploring how each partner could leverage these opportunities to grow their Club Med business.

Recognising that Travel Agents are operating in an increasingly complex and changing environment, Club Med also incorporated professional wellbeing into the programme, with life coach Tammi Kirkness leading one-to-one sessions and workshops focused on resilience, managing change fatigue, mindful wellbeing and nervous system regulation. The sessions provided agents with practical tools to navigate the realities of working in an often unpredictable industry.

Lisa Bacon, Head of Trade Sales for Club Med Pacific said: “Our Travel Agent partners play an incredibly important role in bringing Club Med to life for their clients, so it was important that this Famil went beyond simply recognising their performance. It gave us valuable time together to understand their businesses, share our plans for the future and explore how we can continue to grow the Club Med business alongside each partner.

“Choosing the Seychelles and Mauritius allowed us to showcase the breadth and quality of our Exclusive Collection offering across the Indian Ocean. From the natural beauty and local attractions of the Seychelles to the highly personalised Albion Villas, the programme gave our partners the opportunity to see firsthand what makes Club Med different and what they can confidently recommend to their clients.

“We also wanted to recognise our partners as people, not just professionals. The inclusion of workshops with life coach Tammi Kirkness was an important part of that, giving the group dedicated time to focus on resilience, wellbeing and managing change, while creating an environment where they could connect with one another and share insights.”

This investment in Travel Agent partnerships continues with Club Med’s Mega Fam 2026, rewarding the top-selling Travel Advisors in each Australian region — QLD/NT, NSW, VIC/TAS, SA and WA — with an exclusive four-night stay at Club Med Kani in the Maldives. From now until 11 September 2026, every Club Med booking made for travel between now and 27 May 2027 will count towards an advisor’s position on the leaderboard. The top 10 sellers from each region will secure a place on the Mega Fam, with the opportunity to discover Club Med Kani firsthand and further strengthen their knowledge and confidence in selling Club Med. Travel Advisors can start climbing the leaderboard today by booking their clients’ next Club Med holiday.
