Happitat, a project developed by Axtra Happitat Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CP AXTRA, is counting down to the official opening of the magical destination of happiness on 21 August 2026 with its first-ever Grand Celebration under the concept ‘Butterfly Phenomenon,’ inspired by the graceful flight of a butterfly — a symbol of transformation, where one delicate moment can set something beautiful in motion, allowing happiness to take flight, spread, and grow. In the same spirit, Happitat aims to nurture small moments of happiness into a world-class model of happiness, inviting everyone to be part of a historic night that will transform every area of Happitat into a stage of happiness and entertainment throughout the day, kicking off the happiness phenomenon with special performances and experiences, including the launch show ‘The Sky Canvas of Happiness,’ a world-class production combining a spectacular performance show with a drone display of more than 2,222 drones, set to create a new record for Thailand, concerts by leading artists, as well as a special guest appearance by ‘Zhou Yiran,’ the immensely popular Chinese actor, together with leading Thai celebrities and artists, plus exclusive activities held to celebrate the launch of Happitat.
Star-Studded Lineup of Celebrities Creates a Happiness Phenomenon
To reinforce the grandeur of its launch as a new destination, Happitat is preparing to bring together more than 100 artists, actors, and celebrities from Thailand and abroad to be part of this historic night, led by “Zhou Yiran,” the Chinese actor gaining immense popularity from his works Ashes to Crown, and When I Fly Towards You, who will travel especially to create a surprise for Thai fans. Also joining is the Family of Happitat led by Chompoo Araya A. Hargate, Khun Yai Ning together with Thunder – Storm, and Abigail, as well as leading Thai artists and actors, including Yin–War, Jung-Callan, Dan, Judy, Freen–Sarocha, Thanearngnin, Vee–Violette, Tor–Saksit, The TOYS and Khun Mae Nittaya, WIM (Kan–Kasidech), and many more who will come together to add color to this grand night of celebration.
Taking the Celebration to New Heights with The Sky Canvas of Happiness
The key highlight of the Grand Celebration night is the drone show ‘The Sky Canvas of Happiness,’ a magnificent phenomenon that transforms the performance space from forest to sky, with more than 2,222 drones coming together to create a spectacular image of happiness in the sky while setting a new record for Thailand. The grandeur is further enhanced by the power of music from the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, comprising more than 40 musicians, together with a piano performance by Khun Tor Saksit and vocals by Khun Vee Violette, who will bring the songs to life, filling every emotion and creating an atmosphere that makes this show truly special and memorable, at the Main Stage, Floor 6, Bloominas Building.
In addition, surprise performances by special guests will take place across Happitat, bringing unexpected moments of excitement and delight to every corner of the destination.
- For the first time in Thailand, special guest Zhou Yiran will create a surprise moment together with an unexpected new-format debut, leaving a lasting impression on everyone.
- The family of Khun Chompoo Araya, Khun Yai Ning together with Thunder – Storm, Abigail, the Family of Happitat, presents the show “Whimsical Wonder,” debuting together with an immersive show at Whimsical Market.
- Freen Sarocha arrives with the procession “Rise of The Magical Butterfly Princess,” performing in the Grand Stair zone.
- The two sisters, Butterbear & Bianca, in the show “Forest Awakens” at the Amphitheater zone in front of the WonderWild Building.
- Yin-War, the two young men, arrive with a spectacular parade together with Happitat’s IP characters and the Happitizens at the Festy Town Building.
- Feel the joy with appearances by Jung – Callan, Judy, and Nong Dan at the Bloominas Stage, Bloominas Building.
- An After Party with THE TOYS and Khun Nittaya Boonsoongnern, who will bring color and pass on happiness to every generation, letting everyone enjoy it together, at the Main Stage, Floor 6, Bloominas Building.

- The Butterfly Trail – From UK to Bangkok, a world-class Mixed Reality (MR) work by Pixel Artworks, a leading creative immersive-experience studio from the United Kingdom, showcased in Thailand and Southeast Asia for the first time. It invites everyone to enjoy a journey searching for rare butterflies using their smartphones and AR technology to catch a chrysalis and release it to become a beautiful butterfly, creating an experience that blends nature, imagination, and technology, while inviting everyone to be part of the every part of the stories.
- Forest of Time an Interactive Immersive work by BoraBora Studios, a creative technology studio from Germany, inviting all viewers on a journey into the Forest of Time on a mission to restore the slumbering forest through the use of smartphones, joining forces to awaken the Ancient Guardians, featuring wildlife that has gone extinct, as well as endangered species brought to life on screen — and help restore the forest to its former glory.
- Step into a World of Imagination at Whimsical Market Enjoy more than 60 restaurants and cafés, meet Happitat’s adorable IP characters, and experience a Light & Sound show that makes every visit even more fun and exciting.
- Mascot Parade & Happitizen Experience a grand parade with the magical animal gang from Whimsical Market and more than 40 Happitizens, bringing surprising happiness to everyone.
- Enjoy the Stamp-Collecting Mission at the Passport & Stamp Stations at all 7 points located throughout Happitat, explore every area, gather memories, and receive special souvenirs once the conditions are met.
