Serai Dining, the hotel’s all-day restaurant, offers generous breakfasts with live cooking stations before transitioning into a refined dining experience showcasing Singaporean and Peranakan flavours. The menu celebrates local culinary heritage through familiar classics and dishes built around traditional rempah spice pastes. Located beside the outdoor swimming pool, Pomelo Pool Bar serves refreshing citrus-inspired drinks and relaxed poolside dishes throughout the day.

The largest, Robertson 4, spans 101 square metres and can accommodate up to 66 guests.
