Crusader Caravans is pouring confidence into Aussie travellers with the launch of its new Deposit Promise, providing customers with greater confidence and reassurance from the day they invest through to the day they drive.
The Crusader Deposit Promise applies to all eligible new Crusader and Dreamhaven Caravan orders placed through an authorised Crusader dealer from 1 August 2026 onwards. The promise ensures customers’ place in the Crusader production schedule remains secure in the unlikely event that an authorised dealer is unable to fulfil an order.
The initiative comes at a time when the broader manufacturing and retail sectors are navigating ongoing economic pressures, including cost-of-living challenges, subdued consumer confidence and recent industry liquidations. By introducing the Deposit Promise, Crusader is helping to provide peace of mind for customers while reinforcing confidence in the strength and future of the Australian caravan industry.

- In 2025, Australians took 17.3 million caravan and camping trips, generating 57.9 million visitor nights and $12.6 billion in expenditure.
- Australia’s appetite for caravanning continues to grow, with the registered RV fleet increasing by 4% in 2025 to approximately 937,000 vehicles, including more than 817,000 towable RVs and 119,000 motorised RVs.

Crusader Caravans is giving Aussies another reason to trust the country’s most-awarded caravan manufacturer*, with the launch of the Crusader Deposit Promise** – protecting up to 10% of a customer’s total order value if an authorised dealer is unable to fulfil the initial order.
Applying to eligible Crusader Caravan orders placed with an authorised Crusader dealer, the Deposit Promise ensures customers’ place in the Crusader production schedule remains secure. In the unlikely event an authorised Crusader dealer is unable to fulfil the order, Crusader will transfer the order to another authorised dealer and honour up to 10% of the total order value toward the caravan build.
The Crusader Deposit Promise also applies to Crusader’s second brand Dreamhaven Caravans, giving these customers the same added confidence when placing an order.

The Deposit Promise applies to purchases meeting all the following criteria**
- New Crusader or Dreamhaven Caravans purchased from 1 August 2026 onwards from authorised dealers.
- Registered with an authorised Crusader or Dreamhaven dealer.
