Intrepid Travel has expanded its fastest-growing travel style, launching new Premium trips in Greenland, Norway and Costa Rica as demand for elevated, hassle-free travel continues to grow.
The launch follows another strong year for Intrepid’s Premium range, which grew 19% globally in 2025. New research commissioned by Intrepid, surveying more than 8,000 travellers across Australia, the UK, the US and Canada, found 69% of travellers place greater value on holidays where planning, logistics and day-to-day travel stresses are taken care of.
Alongside the new itineraries, Intrepid has introduced more than 50 new signature experiences across its Premium portfolio, giving travel advisors even more high-value options to sell. Intrepid has also refreshed its Premium webpage, with this range now featuring a dusk and gold palette.

The new 8-day Premium Greenland trip will be Intrepid’s second land-based tour in the country. Travellers stay at a remote eco-lodge perched on rocky hillsides overlooking the sea near the UNESCO-listed Ilulissat Icefjord, as well as enjoying a boat excursion to the enormous Eqi Glacier, where they’ll cruise past drifting icebergs and towering ice walls deep within the fjord.
On the 8-day Premium Costa Rica – Tortuguero and the Caribbean Coast trip, guests stay at Tortuga Lodge, one of Costa Rica’s most renowned rainforest eco-lodges, and visit a permaculture farm to harvest fresh ingredients before joining a local family for a traditional Afro-Caribbean cooking experience.
Meanwhile, the 8-day Premium Norwegian Fjords trip features a stay in the charming sea houses of Knutholmen, a historic Nordic fishing village, with the opportunity to unwind in a floating sauna overlooking the bay.
Alongside the new trips, Intrepid has added more than 50 new signature experiences across the Premium range. Highlights include an after-hours visit to the UNESCO-listed My Son Sanctuary with a Cham researcher and conservationist on 15-day Premium Vietnam in Depth trip, and exclusive access to the private workshop of a master Andalusian imagery sculptor on the 8-day Premium Spain trip, where travellers can learn about his craft and creative philosophy.
From Basix to Original, Comfort and Premium, Intrepid offers four travel styles designed to suit different budgets, comfort levels and travel preferences. With these new additions, Intrepid now offers over 100 Premium trips across six continents and 62 countries. The new itineraries are available to book now and will depart from May 2027.
