Concord Hospitality, a leading hotel development and management company, has been recognized with the 2025 Hilton Developer of the Year in the Full-Service U.S. Category. This incredible achievement comes off the heels of the development of Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic, which opened in October 2025 in partnership with Whitman Peterson.
The Hilton Americas Development Awards recognize the outstanding achievements of owners, development partners, and hotel teams in the Americas across several categories. These annual awards celebrate the passion and innovative spirit of Hilton’s owners and team members who spread the light and warmth of hospitality.
“It is a true honor to accept this award on behalf of Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic,” said Mark Laport, CEO of Concord Hospitality. “From the very beginning of this project, our goal has been to create a welcoming space that not only serves Mayo Clinic patients and their families, but also delivers an elevated and memorable guest experience for every visitor. We are deeply grateful to Mayo Clinic and Whitman Peterson for their partnership, collaboration, and shared vision throughout the development of this project. Every day, our team strives to exceed expectations through exceptional hospitality, genuine care, and attention to detail. I’m incredibly proud of their dedication and the hard work that made this recognition possible.”
The 252-room Hilton Mayo Clinic Jacksonville was the first new full-service hotel to open in the Jacksonville market in nearly 20 years, redefining hospitality in Northeast Florida through elevated design, seamless accessibility, and more than 21,000 square feet of flexible gathering space adjacent to the world-renowned Mayo Clinic campus. Inspired by the site’s natural wooded surroundings, the hotel blends sophisticated architecture, locally curated art, and resort-style amenities into a tranquil yet luxurious guest experience that reflects Hilton’s evolving flagship vision for modern hospitality.
