Back by popular demand, our classic coffee workshops have officially returned. For coffee lovers looking to refine their craft, the Hand Drip Coffee Brewing Workshop explores the flavor profiles of noc’s house-roasted specialty beans. Learn essential brewing theories and extraction techniques while finding peace in the focused flow of water and temperature control. Meanwhile, the Latte Art Workshop covers everything from espresso machine operation to crafting silky microfoam, helping you master the delicate art and classic pouring techniques of a perfect milk coffee. Both regular workshops are priced at HK$450 per person. Upon completion, participants will receive a 20% Off Voucher for Food & Beverage, Retail Merchandise, and many more perks.
【Summer Special】A Mindful Weekend Getaway: Cream Art & Etching and 3D Latte Art Workshops
Beyond our regular classes, noc has curated two limited-time creative experiences for families and friends seeking the perfect indoor weekend retreat. The Cream Art & Etching Workshop invites you to use smooth milk foam as a canvas, utilizing natural edible colors and etching techniques to draw a starry night sky or your own patterns. The 3D Latte Art Workshop, guided by our coffee trainers, allows you to unleash your imagination and transform silky foam into adorable 3D animals.
To encourage everyone to share this slow-living moment with loved ones, each adult enrolling in the summer special workshops (priced at HK$450 per person) can bring one child (aged 6-12) completely free of charge. Upon completion, participants will receive the same dining and retail discount vouchers, while our young participants (aged 6-12) will be gifted an exclusive noc apron to take home.
