RelocateU, the global mobility company redefining sustainable corporate housing, has once again been honoured at the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) EMMAs, winning the Sustainability Initiative of the Year – Americas for 2026.
This repeat recognition – last year RelocateU won the same award across all three global regions – highlights the company’s continued leadership in embedding environmental restoration, community uplift and transparent impact reporting into the core of global mobility operations.
The FEM EMMAs are among the most respected awards in the mobility industry, celebrating innovation and excellence across HR, relocation, and expatriate services. The Americas award acknowledges organisations that demonstrate not only ambition but measurable, lasting impact.
Sustainability achievements recognised by FEM judges include:
- Expansion of marine restoration projects, including new underwater forest regeneration sites, enabling every RelocateU booking to contribute directly to ocean health and carbon absorption
- Scaling reforestation efforts through global partners, restoring degraded land and planting thousands of native seed pods across multiple regions
- Strengthening community programmes in Pakistan, including expanded meal distribution, additional water pump installations, and continued investment in safe education spaces for vulnerable children
- Advancing Scope 4 “avoided emissions” reporting, giving clients clearer visibility into the climate benefits of sustainable housing choices
- Maintaining EcoVadis Gold certification, placing RelocateU among the top tier of companies worldwide for sustainability and social responsibility
