Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch has been recognised as a winner at the prestigious 2026 AHA WA Accommodation Awards for Excellence, taking home the Guest Services Team Award.
The award was presented at the Devil’s Lair Gala Ball, held at The Westin Perth on Monday, 30 March, celebrating excellence across Western Australia’s accommodation and hospitality industry.
The Guest Services Team Award recognises outstanding service delivery and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences. This win highlights the team’s dedication to consistently exceeding guest expectations and delivering warm, personalised service.
In addition to this achievement, Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch was named a finalist across multiple categories, including:

General Manager James Illing said winning the AHA Award for Guest Services was a tribute to the team, who have been “committed from the day of opening to being the very best at what they do.”

The AHA WA Accommodation Awards for Excellence are among the industry’s most respected accolades, recognising leadership, innovation, and excellence across the state’s accommodation sector.
