When Vivid Sydney lights up the harbour, Cruise Bar & Restaurant becomes something else entirely. A place where light spills across the water, glasses clink in rhythm with the music, and every corner hums with energy. From 22 May to 13 June, Cruise invites guests to step into a heightened Vivid experience, where celebration, flavour and spectacle collide.

Whether it’s an end-of-financial-year celebration, a milestone birthday or a reason to gather and lose track of time, Cruise delivers Vivid as it’s meant to be felt.
Guests move through a menu that feels as vibrant as the view. Briny Royal Miyagi oysters, crisp lobster spring rolls, rich Wagyu sliders and seasonal dishes that balance texture, heat and freshness. Drinks will flow, from premium pours to cocktails that sparkle.
Across the venue, each level offers a different mood and a different tempo. At ground level, cocktail-style events unfold in a blur of movement and music. Upstairs, the pace softens. Seated dining becomes an intimate ritual. Above it all, Melba’s Rooftop lifts the experience skyward, an open air, elevated, electric, space made for dancing, toasting and staying longer than planned.
For those looking to go all in, full venue takeovers transform Cruise into a multi-level playground of light and atmosphere, where hundreds of guests can move freely through spaces, each one offering a new perspective, a new energy and a new way to experience Vivid.
