Nordic tour operator and destination specialist 50 Degrees North has announced the launch of its Classic Range, a collection of 20 new itineraries spanning Norwegian fjords, Arctic landscapes, scenic railways and the Nordic capitals.
The Classic Range joins the company’s existing Original, Premium and Luxury travel standards, giving travel advisors and travellers greater choice when planning journeys across the Nordic region. The new range was designed to bring more people into the 50 Degrees North way of travelling, without moving away from the thoughtful route design, trusted local partnerships and carefully paced experiences that have defined the company since Tietse Stelma and Jayde Kincaid founded it in Melbourne in 2010.
Classic itineraries are built around comfortable, well-located 3-star accommodation, with logistics planned so that the focus remains on authentic, high-quality experiences and moving through the region with ease. Like all 50 Degrees North journeys, Classic itineraries are held to the same environmental and social standards, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible tourism as a Certified B Corporation.

“As interest in the Nordic region continues to grow – particularly in destinations like Finland and Norway – we’ve seen more travellers looking for the quality of planning, support and local expertise we’re known for, paired with more accessible accommodation choices. The Classic Range is our response to that demand. It allows more people to experience the Nordic region in a thoughtfully designed way, while staying true to our values and our approach to travel,” said Mari Räsänen, CEO of 50 Degrees North.
Original journeys remain the heart of the company’s offering. Classic sits alongside them as a considered extension, applying the same design philosophy to routes and destinations that suit a broader range of travel budgets and styles.
