BRUNCH – IGNIV Bangkok presents a special Valentine’s weekend that celebrates togetherness through cosmopolitan cuisine and premium ingredients. Served from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the cozy IGNIV Valentine’s Brunch features a three-course, 14-plate sharing menu highlighting select imported and local ingredients for relaxed midday indulgence and lingering conversations at the table. The experience is complemented by a choice of house-made chocolates, fruit jellies, and other delights from IGNIV’s signature Candy Store, available to enjoy on-site or take home.

DINNER – As evening falls, the IGNIV Valentine’s Dinner continues the celebration from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a refined five-course, 21-plate menu specially crafted for romance. The dinner showcases premium highlights including “Imperial Selection” caviar, truffle, scallops, langoustine, strawberries, and Chantaburi chocolate. The experience begins with a welcome glass of Dom Pérignon 2015 or a non-alcoholic alternative and concludes with a choice of sweets from the Candy Store, along with complimentary heart-shaped pralines for couples to take home.

On Friday, February 27, 2026, IGNIV shifts into celebration mode from 6:30 PM onwards with the return of the IGNIV Party, transforming the restaurant into a vibrant social hub. The one-night-only event brings together partner restaurants including Delia, a contemporary Mexican eatery known for authentic techniques expressed through Thai ingredients; Liana, a modern French restaurant defined by elegance and precision; and The St. Regis Bangkok, under the culinary direction of Chef Matteo Fontana, each contributing a distinct culinary expression to an evening shaped by collaboration and creativity.
Behind the bar, the IGNIV Party is led by an accomplished lineup of bartenders, including guest bartender Sarah Madritsch, a multi-award-winning professional and former Bar Manager at IGNIV Zurich and BEÚ Spirits Ambassador, and Nitisak Laphirun from XIM Bangkok cocktail lab. Together with Nongyao “Yu” Phutsorn from the IGNIV Bangkok Bar team and Brian González Fernández, Beverage Manager from The St. Regis Bar, they set the pace for an evening where cocktails flow freely and the energy stays high well into the night.
