Thredbo is celebrating another successful weekend following the 31st annual Thredbo Blues Festival supported by Stone & Wood, which once again drew music lovers from far and wide to the Snowy Mountains. Showcasing the very best of Australian blues, the festival saw a stellar line-up take over Thredbo’s iconic and unique alpine venues.
From daytime sets high on the mountain to late-night performances in the village, Thredbo came alive across the weekend. A standout of the program was the much-loved Women In Blues, alongside a strong and diverse line-up of acclaimed artists.
Launching on Friday night and running through to the late hours of Sunday evening, guests immersed themselves in a truly distinctive festival experience. Attendees moved seamlessly between gigs, even hopping aboard the Merritts Gondola to catch their next set, adding a uniquely Thredbo layer to the weekend.
Between performances, guests enjoyed gourmet dining experiences, wine tastings and intimate performances set against the alpine landscape.
With plenty more events on the agenda for Thredbo, things are not slowing down anytime soon.
