In response to the catastrophic Wang Fuk Court fire – one of Hong Kong’s most devastating residential tragedies in recent years – JIA Group’s Chefs unite at Louise to host an one-night-only charitable dinner on Tuesday, 9th December, joined by leading restaurants Estro, Mono, Andō, 22 Ships, Leela and Louise. The incident, which unfolded on 26th November, resulted in significant loss of life and left many families displaced. The Hong Kong Red Cross has been on the frontlines providing emergency relief, shelter support, and psychosocial services. In solidarity, 100% of proceeds from the dinner (HK$3,888 + 10% per guest), including food and wine, will be donated directly to the Hong Kong Red Cross to aid their ongoing relief efforts.
“Our hearts are with the victims, families, and residents affected by the Wang Fuk Court fire. At a time when our city is grieving, the most important thing we can do is come together in support. We are deeply grateful to the Hong Kong Red Cross and everyone involved for their swift, life-saving work on the frontlines, and to our chef partners for uniting with us to contribute in the way we know best; through hospitality, generosity, and community,” says Chefs of JIA Group.
