To mark nine years of culinary artistry and conscious gastronomy, PRU – Phuket’s only restaurant distinguished with both a MICHELIN Star and a MICHELIN Green Star – will host a special anniversary collaboration with chef Top Russell and chef Michelle Goh of Mia Bangkok, a one-MICHELIN-Star restaurant celebrated for its modern European cuisine infused with Asian flair.

Located within the tranquil grounds of Trisara, PRU has become synonymous with destination dining in Phuket, championing a sustainable approach that connects guests with the land and sea. The four-hands celebration brings together three visionary chefs – Jimmy Ophorst, Top Russell, and Michelle Goh – in two extraordinary dining experiences that embody creativity, craftsmanship, and a shared philosophy of nature-inspired gastronomy. Guests will embark on a culinary journey that harmoniously weaves local ingredients, seasonal inspiration and refined technique.

Taking place on 1st November 2025, the collaboration will offer both lunch and dinner seatings, each designed to showcase the chefs’ distinctive yet complementary approaches to flavour, seasonality, and sustainability.

Over nearly a decade, PRU has redefined fine dining in Thailand through its guiding philosophy of “Plant, Raise, Understand” – a commitment to provenance, sustainability, and storytelling through food. The milestone collaboration with Mia Bangkok celebrates not only PRU’s evolution but also the growing movement of mindful gastronomy shaping Thailand’s culinary landscape. The menu will reflect both PRU’s deep connection to Thailand’s natural abundance and Mia’s elegant, modern sensibility.

Under chef Jimmy Ophorst’s direction, PRU continues to pioneer sustainable fine dining by sourcing ingredients from its own Pru Jampa Farm and trusted local producers. Each dish serves as a testament to Thailand’s rich terroir and the restaurant’s enduring dedication to responsible gastronomy.
