The 153-room Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs has introduced an amenity that brings luxury to guests’ fingertips. Located in the hotel lobby, a gold-and-white Moët Mini Vending Machine dispenses miniature bottles of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut and Impérial Rosé, making champagne part of everyday celebrations. Guests can purchase a gold coin for $25 at the front desk to redeem a perfectly chilled 187mL bottle from the machine.
A Fresh Face for a Favorite Place
Juniper Table recently completed a design refresh, transforming the full-service café into an indoor-outdoor dining space that honors Palm Springs’ heritage while maintaining its own personality. Inspired by desert motifs, the palette combines soft sand, evergreen, and warm vintage wood with terracotta and pops of subtle berry. Steel-colored tile flooring anchors the indoor dining room with a classic modern look, while brass pendant lighting establishes visual rhythm overhead, and soft drapery adds warmth and tactility. Mosaic tilework defines the grab-and-go area and countertop with depth and dimension, crowned by a contemporary mid-century modern chandelier.
An array of seating arrangements accommodates multiple functions, from coffee meetings and working remote to gathering with friends and family over Mediterranean-inspired dishes for breakfast and lunch. Velvety leather sofas pair with oversized accent chairs in shapely silhouettes to form intimate vignettes. Black-and-white striped banquettes, delicately finished with scalloped wood detailing, contribute cozy comfort to the tabletops for two. At the dining room’s center, two travertine finish tables lend sculptural allure with petal-like edges and a vertical-channel base for groups of four.

During Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week, May 30-June 8, 2025, Juniper Table is offering 30 percent off its full menu until 4 p.m. daily. Morning favorites are available all day, such as the Breakfast Tostada with chorizo, sunny-side-up eggs, roasted tomato sauce, queso 
fresco, and fresh avocado and The Stack with lemon pancakes, fresh strawberries, and maple syrup.
