Building on its commitment to showcasing compelling artistic expressions, Regent Phu Quoc is delighted to unveil its latest art exhibition, Pursuing Fantasia, a captivating showcase of contemporary Vietnamese art. The exhibition will feature through to the end of September 2025 at the Regent Phu Quoc Gallery, and presents a unique dialogue between the evocative lacquer sculptures of Lamphong Studio and the ethereal silk paintings of Nguyễn Minh Quân.
Curated by the esteemed Vietnamese art curator ChuKim, ‘Pursuing Fantasia’ invites viewers on an introspective journey through a fictional space where visual art transcends boundaries. The exhibition draws inspiration from Phú Quốc’s immense natural beauty, encouraging an inner exploration where the tangible and the surreal intertwine. Viewers are invited to delve into a dialogue with themselves, navigating the space between reality and imagination.

By bringing together the distinct mediums of lacquer sculpture and silk painting, we aim to create a harmonious fantasy where the familiar and the strange converge, inviting viewers to question the very nature of reality and dreams.”
