On December 14, they presented ¡Hola Atún!, an exclusive event with the finest Bluefiná tuna from Mexico.
This spectacular ¡Hola Atún! showcased the best of Mexican cuisine with excellent seafood in a variety of inventive dishes. Guests watched live tuna cutting demonstrations by a professional chef, learned about sustainable tuna sourcing, and followed the path of Bluefiná tuna fresh from the ocean to the table.
During the ¡Hola Atún event, the first serve began with Tostada de Atún Tratar, a crispy tostada topped with tuna tartare and a unique blend of mango habanero sauce, green onion, and chili mayo. The next course was Escabeche de Atún Especial, a lively tuna dish with escabeche sauce and smoked ancho chili powder. The meal continued with Atún en Salsa Macha, a tuna dish with a delicious salsa macha of peanuts, sesame, and garlic. The meal ended with the refreshing Ceviche Jamaica y Coco, a tuna ceviche marinated in hibiscus and coconut water, which provided a unique and well-rounded flavor experience.
