Unlike many competitors, the cruise line does not charge additional fees for Wi-Fi, soft drinks, still and sparkling water, fitness classes, or specialty dining. This no-nickel-and-diming approach has resonated strongly with new and repeat cruisers, with up to 60% of travellers returning for more voyages.
Travel agents, known as “First Mates” in Virgin Voyages’ ecosystem, also benefit from the company’s No NCF (Non-Commissionable Fares) policy, earning commissions on all bookings.
