This revision is a testament to the hotel’s unwavering commitment to offering superior value to its distinguished guests and partners.

Seasonal Rate Adjustment: Notably, December is now categorized under the High Season, reflecting an 8.2% to 8.6% rate increase. This adjustment aligns with the heightened demand during this festive period, ensuring guests enjoy unparalleled service and amenities.

Room Rate Adjustments:

  • Classic Room: Rates will increase by 5% to 5.4%, providing enhanced services and comfort.
  • Stables Signature Wing Room & Premium Room: Remarkably, there will be no rate increase from January to November 2025.
  • Deluxe Suite & Executive Suite: These premium accommodations will maintain their rates for most of the year, ensuring sustained luxury without additional cost.
  • Batoka Suite: Guests can enjoy unchanged rates throughout the entire year of 2025.
  • Presidential Suite Upgrade: Transitioning from a Bed and Breakfast basis to a Dinner, Bed, and Breakfast offering, the Presidential Suite now promises a comprehensive culinary experience at no extra cost for the entire year.

Rate Structure Update: The Victoria Falls Hotel will now exclusively issue net rates to streamline pricing and enhance transparency. This initiative simplifies the booking process for partners and guests, ensuring clarity and ease of transaction.

Meal Rates: To complement the luxurious accommodations, meal rates have been adjusted by a modest increase of $5 per person, allowing guests to indulge in the hotel’s exquisite culinary offerings.

Enhanced Value-Adds: The hotel has introduced several exciting value-adds, meticulously detailed in the attached documents, which include enhanced benefits for the Stables Signature Wing Room, Premium Room, and comprehensive food and beverage terms and conditions.
