Inaugural IBTM Asia Pacific 2025 to Elevate MICE Industry.The inaugural IBTM Asia Pacific is set to become the cornerstone event for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry in the Asia Pacific region. Scheduled for 19-20 March 2025, the event will take place at the renowned AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. This highly anticipated two-day event is expected to attract top-tier professionals from around the globe, fostering invaluable connections and providing a comprehensive platform for business growth and innovation.

Organized by RX, the IBTM Asia Pacific has announced its collaboration with key industry associations, including ICCA Asia Pacific, MPI, and IAPCO. The Asia Pacific MICE market, recognized as one of the most dynamic globally, is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.6%, reaching a staggering $441.1 billion by 2025. This growth is fueled by substantial investments in infrastructure and the introduction of new airline routes, enhancing the region’s accessibility and appeal as a premier destination for international events.

Martin Boyle, CEO of IAPCO, emphasized the strategic importance of the Asia Pacific region for the events industry, stating, “The Asia Pacific region is pivotal due to its rapidly growing economies, diverse cultural landscapes, and world-class venues. IBTM Asia Pacific is designed to be a gateway to the MICE market in the region, bringing together over 250 pre-qualified buyers and 1,500 visitors from more than 20 countries.
