The events were themed around Hungary’s captivating Winter Christmas Market, showcasing the country’s rich cultural heritage, and enticing travel experiences.
Guests at both locations were immersed in the festive spirit as they indulged in mulled wines on arrival and savoured delicious Hungarian wines during dinner. The atmosphere was like a Christmas market, decorated with festive decorations, Christmas trees, and the melodious tunes of Christmas carols.
After dinner, guests delighted in Hungarian Chimney cakes, adding to the festive experience and cultural immersion. The evening was further enriched by interactive displays and engaging discussions with suppliers, providing insights into the latest offerings and developments in Hungary. In Melbourne, representatives from Hungary Tourism, Viking, AmaWaterways, Qatar Airways, Cosmos/Globus, and The Travel Corporation presented compelling updates. In Sydney, attendees were updated by Hungary Tourism, Aria Hotel Budapest, W Hotel Budapest, Marriott Hotels Hungary, Collette, The Travel Corporation, Viking, Cosmos/Globus, Ormina Tours, and Qatar Airways.
