Hilton Voted #1 Workplace in Vietnam!

Hilton (NYSE: HLT), Asia’s fastest-growing hospitality company, earned a spot on Vietnam’s Best Workplaces list for the first time this year, ranking #2 across the medium-sized business category. Awarded by global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work®, this win is Hilton’s second workplace recognition in South East Asia this year, where Hilton was also the highest-ranked hospitality company on the Philippines Best Workplaces 2024 list.

The achievement, determined by Great Place to Work®’s annual workforce study in the country, assesses factors such as employees’ feedback for trust, growth opportunities within the organization, alignment with company values and leadership effectiveness. This recognition stems from the positive feedback received from Hilton team members across the country, where Hilton has five trading properties and another seven in the pipeline.

This recognition is the direct result of positive feedback from Hilton team members. To determine the Vietnam’s Best Workplaces™️ 2024 List, Great Place To Work®️ analyzed confidential survey feedback from nearly 20,000 employees across different industries in the country, through the Culture Brief™ and employee Trust Index™ survey.

Today’s ranking follows the company’s recognition as the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace following eight consecutive appearances on the “World’s Best” list and marking the first time a hospitality company has achieved the top honor.
