Distinguished from conventional award programs that involve paid entries and brand submissions, the esteemed Cvent Annual Top List is exclusively derived from sourcing activity via the Cvent Supplier Network. In the case of the Top Meeting Hotels category, Cvent meticulously evaluated more than 300,000 hotel properties that generated business from the Cvent Supplier Network throughout the period spanning from January to December 2023. The properties underwent a comprehensive assessment based on multiple criteria, including total requests for proposals (RFPs), awarded RFPs, total room nights, awarded room nights, market share in major metropolitan areas, conversion rate, and response rate.
