818 Tequila Añejo Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
80mL 818 Tequila Añejo
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of bitters
Dash of water
Orange peel
Method:
Add sugar, bitters and a dash of water to a rocks glass. Muddle ingredients.
Add 818 Tequila Añejo and stir.
Serve over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
818 Tequila Blanco Fairway Fizz
Ingredients:
60mL 818 Tequila Blanco
5-10 mint leaves
15mL simple syrup
25mL lime juice
1 dash bitters
Soda water
Method:
Muddle the mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add the lime juice and 818 Tequila Blanco and shake well.
Double strain into a highball glass with large ice cubes.
Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with mint bouquet and lime wheel.
818 Tequila Blanco Paloma
Ingredients:
60mL 818 Tequila Blanco
60mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice
15mL Lime Juice
60mL Sparkling Water
Method:
Combine Tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sparkling water into a glass.
Fill the remainder of the glass with ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
