Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, Ark Capital Partners, and Kyko Group announce the signing of Hyde Perth, slated to open in 2024. The first Hyde hotel to open in Australia, Hyde Perth will feature bohemian chic rooms to socialise and recharge, innovative dining concepts that present a global table of flavours and a playful beach club ambience that encourages connection through programming and music discovery.
Located on Pier Street in the heart of the CBD, Hyde Perth will offer 120 guest rooms, including 18 spacious suites, two dedicated meetings and events spaces, a destination restaurant, and a lively bar that opens onto an outdoor pool area surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Drawing inspiration from Western Australia’s rich palette of colours and influences, the hotel will be designed to create connection, with endless sofas in the lobby and long tables that encourage conversation. Dialling up the energy throughout the day, the hotel’s dedicated entertainment spaces will come to life with a curated programme of music and live performances in keeping with Hyde’s festival vibe. The restaurant will also draw on the freshest Western Australian produce to deliver a lively dining experience that evolves throughout the day, including a trend-setting bar with innovative cocktails. Anything can happen at Hyde, and guests can expect surprises and pop-ups that spark discovery during their stay.
With roots in the LA club scene of the early 2000s, the Hyde brand is synonymous with intimate music and nightlife. In Perth, Hyde will offer a new take on music, dining, and drinks, creating a space where guests can enjoy a curated pool scene by day and revel by night.
Hyde Perth will join an exclusive collection of Hyde properties in destinations ranging from Miami to Dubai to Ibiza and is set to become as iconic as its sister properties worldwide. New Hyde hotels are currently planned for Queenstown, London City, and Bodrum.
