Spread the love

This week at Electric Collective, we are getting behind good humans and organisations who are raising money for causes close to their hearts, protecting the planet and supporting their local communities. Any support big or small is welcomed and greatly appreciated.

A BLOODY GOOD AUCTION
18 months ago fine jeweller Sarah Gardner was diagnosed with a rare, incurable, progressive blood cancer. Since then she has been on a mission to raise awareness and funds for her type of blood cancer Myeloprolifrative Neoplasm (MPN).

Last year, through the support of clients and followers, Sarah raised over $140,000 for blood cancer research, through her fundraising event ‘A Bloody Good Night’. The money raised went directly to South Australian researchers who have now had a breakthrough in a potential cure, for some of the genetic mutations that drive these cancers.

This year, although Sarah is not feeling up to hosting a fundraiser event she is still determined to raise money and awareness through ‘A Bloody Good Auction’.

Prizes include a $5,000 voucher from Sarah Gardner Fine Jewellery, a $500 Gift voucher from Di Nuovo, a $200 Gift voucher from French Bistro, Porcine, 3 Night stay for 2 in the luxurious Hawks Nest, Surf Shack, a $500 Gift voucher from Bistara Linen Co and $500 Gift voucher from Restyle Traders.
