ATG has added a tireless bargain hunter to its corporate travel toolkit. It does not need coffee, overtime or a reminder to check the fare again.
The global travel management group has launched ATG Reshop. The new service uses Oversee technology to track airfares and hotel rates after a booking is made. When it finds a lower eligible price, it can automatically rebook the trip. Agents do not need to run a fresh search, while travellers should see no change to their plans.
That matters because the price paid on booking day may not be the best price available before departure. Airfares and room rates can move many times between confirmation and check-in. Finding those drops by hand takes time. In some cases, the work can cost more than the saving itself.
ATG Reshop is designed to keep watching in the background. It adds a new savings layer to the standard booking process, rather than asking agents and travellers to adopt a new routine.
“Our corporate clients expect their travel program to work harder for them, capturing extra post-booking savings, staying aligned with policy, and doing it without disrupting the traveler experience. Partnering with Oversee allows us to deliver exactly that,” said Tammy Krings, founder and CEO of ATG.
The launch forms part of ATG’s wider investment in its technology platform after a period of rebranding and growth. For corporate buyers, the sales pitch is plain enough. The booking stays within policy, the platform keeps searching and a cheaper rate can be secured if one appears.
It is artificial intelligence with its sleeves rolled up. There is no robot concierge reciting poetry in the hotel lobby. The aim is simply to save money without making life harder for the people who book or take the trip.
Aviel Siman-Tov, CEO and co-founder of Oversee, said the platform was built for travel management companies that want to add savings without adding manual work.
“ATG is exactly the kind of tech-forward, client-focused TMC our platform is built to support,” Siman-Tov said. “Reshopping is becoming a baseline expectation for corporate travel programs, and our job is to make it effortless for the TMC to deliver. Our reshopping engine gives ATG a continuous savings layer across air and hotel, so ATG’s teams can stay focused on client service while the platform captures value in the background.”
ATG Reshop will launch first in Germany, with more markets to follow. The first rollout will allow ATG to measure the savings created by the service as it operates across live corporate travel programmes.
The figures will matter. Buyers will want to know the net savings after any fees, rules or limits. They will also expect clear proof that each new booking upheld the traveller’s needs and the company’s policy. A cheaper rate is useful. A cheaper rate accompanied by an unwanted surprise at check-in is not.
The proposition speaks directly to a familiar travel-management brief: cut costs without cutting service. A tool that continues to work after the first booking may help companies do both.
In corporate travel, every dollar has a boarding pass. ATG Reshop plans to stop a few from flying away.

There’s a quiet pull about Yves Thomas, the kind you only notice after a moment. It comes from having lived travel from both sides of the reception desk. A graduate of Bangkok University International, she stepped straight into Thailand’s tourism industry, learning early how much care goes into making someone else’s holiday feel effortless.
She worked with some of the country’s best destination management teams, polishing the details most travellers never see but always remember. Eventually, the road began calling louder than meetings and schedules. Yves packed a bag and went looking again, trading conference calls for compass points.
Somewhere between Chiang Mai and Copenhagen, she started writing it down. Those reflections became a blog, warm and observant.
Now based in Hua Hin and writing for Global Travel Media, Yves shares travel not as a publicist, but as a traveller attentive, thoughtful, and deeply human.
