Ascott International Management Thailand (Ascott) marked the third edition of the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) Charity Run 2026: Run for a Cause, reaffirming its commitment to meaningful community engagement centred on inclusivity, accessibility awareness, and positive social impact. Held on 24 May 2026 in recognition of Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2026, this year’s event brought together over 1,600 participants, including people with disabilities, Ascott associates, partners, and members of the public, in a shared celebration of equal participation and community spirit. Proceeds from the event contributed THB 100,000 to Save the Children Thailand, supporting initiatives that improve the well-being and opportunities of children in need.

A key highlight of this year’s event was the participation of Together Foundation for People with Disabilities and Society (TDS), whose involvement reinforced the importance of creating a society where people of all abilities can participate equally. Children with visual impairments joined a special 3-kilometre run alongside Ascott associates guide runners, while runners with disabilities also participated in the 5-kilometre and 10-kilometre race categories. Their participation created an uplifting atmosphere of encouragement, inclusion, and shared achievement, reflecting the spirit of equality and community connection at the heart of the event.

We sincerely thank the Together Foundation for People with Disabilities and Society for joining us in making this initiative even more meaningful and inspiring,” said Mr. Kanit Sangmookda, Country General Manager, Thailand and Laos, Ascott.
