Australian hotel brand Adina hotels is proud to announce its sponsorship of rising motorsport sensation Aiva Anagnostiadis as she prepares to compete on the Misano World Circuit this weekend, as part of the Italian GT4 Championship – one of Europe’s premier GT racing categories, which combines high-level competition across world class circuits.
Born and raised in Melbourne, 18-year-old Aiva Anagnostiadis was the first Australian woman to compete in the all-female F1 Academy series and the first Australian woman to score points in the series (on debut in China). This year, she continues her racing journey with the Promodrive team in the Italian GT4 Championship. Her journey from karting prodigy to international racing driver is a true homegrown success story – one that echoes the Adina Hotels journey: Australian at heart, locally connectedly and unashamedly making a mark on the world stage.
Adina’s commitment to supporting local communities extends beyond motorsport. For the past four years, Adina has supported grassroots hockey across Australia – championing opportunities for young athletes to thrive on and off the field.
At Adina, we believe in backing Australians with big dreams – whether they’re chasing gold on the playing field or pushing the limits on a Formula 1 circuit,” said TFE Hotels Global Marketing Officer, Katia Giurtalis. “Supporting athletes like Aiva is about championing the next generation of Australian talent and showing the world what’s possible when you combine local spirit with global ambition.”
“We’re incredibly proud to see Adina’s brand name alongside Aiva as she takes on the world stage with GT4 and we can’t wait to see her in action.”
Aiva’s racing pedigree is impressive.
Inspired by her mother, Barbara – herself a former competitive go-karter – Aiva began racing at just eight years old. She quickly made her mark, winning the Ladies Trophy at the 2021 Australian Karting Championship and representing Australia at the 2022 FIA Motorsport Games. After joining the Alpine Rac(H)er Karting Programme in 2023, Aiva relocated to the UK to pursue her dream, competing in European championships before stepping up to single seaters in Formula 4; racing in F1 Academy* with TAG Heuer and Hitech TGR; and now taking on the Italian GT4 series.

Avia’s story is a testament to the power of family, and the pursuit of excellence – values that Adina holds close. Announced ahead of her first appearance in the GT4 series, the partnership unites two brands with strong European ambitions. The setting is particularly fitting for Adina Hotels – the first Australian hotel company to operate on Mainland Europe.
“I’m incredibly proud to represent Australia and to have the support of Adina hotels,” Aiva said. “As Aussies, we both know what it means to start at home and dream big. I also hope to inspire the next generation of Australian women to chase their ambitions – on the track or wherever their passion lies.”
As Aiva takes on the highly technical Misano World Circuit on 10 May, Adina invites Aussies everywhere to cheer on a new era of homegrown talent making waves on the world stage.
