Vietjet Thailand is expanding its regional network with upcoming launch of direct service between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Kolkata, starting November 16, 2025. This marks Vietjet Thailand 3rd  route between Thailand and India following Bangkok–Mumbai and Phuket–Mumbai, highlighting the rapid and continuous expansion into the Indian market. This new route strengthens the airline’s growing network while offering enhanced connectivity and more travel options between the two countries. It supports greater cultural exchange and boosts economic ties, reaffirming Vietjet Thailand’s commitment to making international travel more accessible and affordable.

The route will operate four flights weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, offering travelers flexible options when planning their trips. Flight VZ770 departs Bangkok at 21:55 and arrives in Kolkata at 23:20, while the return flight, VZ771, leaves Kolkata at 00:20 and arrives in Bangkok at 04:25 the following day (all times local).
