VIVA Holidays, in partnership with Air Canada and Destination Ontario, recently hosted nine of its top-performing travel agents on an exclusive famil to Toronto and Niagara Falls. This action-packed itinerary showcased the very best of Ontario, from the breathtaking natural wonders of Niagara Falls to the vibrant cityscape of Toronto.
The agents flew on Air Canada’s non-stop services from Australia to Vancouver International Airport, where they seamlessly connected with onward flights to Toronto without needing to re-check their bags or change terminals. Upon landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport, they immediately set off for Niagara Falls, where they checked into the Sheraton Fallsview. Over two days, the agents experienced the region’s top attractions, including the Niagara Parks Power Station, the thrilling Zipline to the Falls, and the iconic Journey Behind the Falls. A once-in-a-lifetime helicopter ride with Niagara Helicopters provided an unforgettable aerial perspective of the falls, leaving the agents in awe of its sheer grandeur. A visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake, with a stop at Peller Estates Winery, highlighted the area’s charm and renowned wine culture.
Returning to Toronto, the group checked into the centrally located Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, which served as a base for exploring the city’s vibrant neighbourhoods. Highlights included a guided city tour, a Segway experience at the historic Distillery District, and a fine dining experience at 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower, offering stunning panoramic views of the city.
