The Composers Room Showlounge & Restaurant and The Punk Rock Museum have teamed up to launch the Punk Rock Bundle, inviting fans of Green Day and punk rock to experience a distinctive mash-up of music and photo moments. This new promotion celebrates the launch of “Brunch of Broken Dreams” at The Composers Room, a one-of-a-kind brunch experience bringing the best of 90s and early 2000s grunge, punk and emo rock to life, and The Punk Rock Museum’s new “American Idiot” album-cover photo opportunity.

Launching on the heels of the feud between Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong and local radio stations, the Punk Rock Bundle offers exclusive values to punk fans who visit the museum and attend the brunch:

  • Fans who snap their picture at The Punk Rock Museum’s new photo opportunity, which replicates the iconic black-and-white striped cover art from Green Day’s “American Idiot” album, and present it at The Composers Room will receive a signature cocktail or mocktail when they purchase tickets to “Brunch of Broken Dreams.”
  • Conversely, guests who present their ticket to “Brunch of Broken Dreams” at The Punk Rock Museum will enjoy 25% off museum admission.

Created, owned and produced by Alarid Productions, “Brunch of Broken Dreams” features electrifying live music with edgy choreography, retro fashion and thrilling acrobatic acts, creating an atmosphere that will transport guests straight back to the days of mixtapes and garage bands. Brunch offerings include freshly made Monte Cristo sandwiches, pancakes with an array of toppings and syrups, savory scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and more.

“‘Brunch of Broken Dreams’ is all about celebrating the angst and anthems that defined a generation,” said Damian Costa, managing partner, The Composers Room. “Through this offer, we’re inviting fans to take the experience beyond brunch and delve deeper into the essence of punk culture at The Punk Rock Museum.”

“It’s fully on brand for punks to piss people off, so we’ll be the last ones to carry a grudge against Billie Joe,” added Vincent Fiorello, chief marketing officer, The Punk Rock Museum. “Instead, we’re celebrating Green Day with our photo op and adding ‘Brunch of Broken Dreams’ to the experience just makes sense.”

The Punk Rock Bundle will be available starting Saturday, Oct. 5, when “Brunch of Broken Dreams” officially launches at The Composers Room. The show will continue on select Saturdays, with special performances scheduled during the When We Were Young festival weekend, including Friday, Oct. 18, Saturday, Oct. 19, and Sunday, Oct. 20.
