The Art Gallery of New South Wales Become the Artist, which includes a drawing class in the gallery’s Grand Courts and the MCG’s Keepers’ Collection Tour, which offers a private walkthrough of the archives of the Australian Sports Museum with a knowledgeable museum team member.

NEW EXPERIENCE – Keepers’ Collection Tour
This experience reveals the secrets of the Australian Sports Museum Collections with an exclusive behind-the-scenes walkthrough led by a knowledgeable member of the museum’s team. It offers the opportunity to delve into the archives at the MCG, discovering the acquisition, care, and preservation of sporting treasures dating back to the 1800s.
The tour offers an intimate encounter with over 25,000 objects, including trophies, uniforms, artwork, and sporting equipment. Participating guests receive a sweatband as a memento and also have the opportunity for a browse through the award-winning Australian Sports Museum at their leisure.
