A Burgundy Five-Course Wine Dinner with Chartron et Trébuchet
Executive Chef Matteo Fontana presents his first menu of the year as an exclusive one-night-only five-course dining experience, paired with a curated Burgundy selection from the Beaune-based house Chartron et Trébuchet, renowned for its philosophy of purity, balance, and respect for terroir. The journey begins with Roasted Eggplant and Pine Nuts with Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay, followed by Poached Tiger Prawns in Catalana Style paired with Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022 and Scallops with Cauliflower and Beurre Blanc matched with Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay 2022, before moving to homemade Tortellone Filled with Beef Cheek and Fresh Black Truffle alongside Vosne-Romanée Pinot Noir 2022 and Duck Breast with Grilled Endive and Jerusalem Artichoke complemented by Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2021 and Pommard Pinot Noir 2022, and concludes with Variations of Lemon and refined Petit Fours.

The St. Regis Bangkok presents “BE: The Way of You & Me,” a pop-up art exhibition exploring a poetic dialogue between earth and nature through oriental-inspired ceramics and expressive floral art. Created by Thai ceramist Bathma Kaew-Ngok—also the designer behind the hotel’s 2025 Mooncake Collection—in collaboration with floral expressionist Naomi Daimaru, the exhibition brings together sculptural ceramic forms, floral compositions, and mixed-media works, offering an immersive and thoughtfully curated artistic experience.
