The St. Regis Bar ushers in the holiday season with a spirited new edition of Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends, inviting guests to gather for a festive afternoon surrounded by special Après-Ski–themed decorations on Sunday, December 28, 2025. This joyful celebration blends exceptional flavors with refined socializing, featuring drinks by Asia’s 50 Best Bars, including Opium Bar and Bar Sathorn, alongside the Bacardi-Martini Thailand Trade Ambassador and The St. Regis Bar team. The experience is complemented by bites from the 1-MICHELIN-starred IGNIV Bangkok, La Bottega Cucina Italiana, and The St. Regis Bangkok culinary team, all set to vibrant live music by a DJ.
As always, creative cocktail artistry takes center stage with a lineup of distinguished guest bartenders from bars recognized on Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Joining the occasion are Matteo Cadeddu, Bar Manager of Opium Bar (#43 Asia’s 50 Best Bars, #92 World’s 50 Best Bars); Marco Dongi, Bar Manager of Bar Sathorn (#48 Asia’s 50 Best Bars); and Roberto Castro, Trade Ambassador for Bacardi-Martini Thailand. Together with the hotel’s Bar Manager, Brian Gonzalez, the team will unveil a lineup of special cocktails for the afternoon. The culinary experience is elevated with fine-dining bites from IGNIV Bangkok, led by Chef Arne Riehn, celebrating its fifth consecutive year with one MICHELIN star, along with Italian specialties by Chef Marco Avesani of La Bottega Cucina Italiana, presented alongside creations by Executive Chef Matteo Fontana. Adding rhythm to the revelry, DJ Natty will enhance the atmosphere with vibrant music throughout the afternoon.
For this month only, The St. Regis Bar is transformed with cozy Après-Ski–inspired décor, bringing a warm alpine atmosphere that elevates the celebration.
