GranMonte Vineyard and Winery hosted a warm and intimate afternoon gathering for partners, supporters, and friends at UNCORKED GOAT 2025, a festive year-end celebration. The UNCORKED year-end finale brought together members of the food, wine, and creative community for an afternoon of conversation, connection, and exceptional Thai wines.

UNCORKED at GOAT 19

This year’s UNCORKED event highlighted what GranMonte values most: the people who champion Thai winemaking and support the growth of the local wine industry. Guests enjoyed a relaxed tasting experience featuring GranMonte’s latest vintages, paired with a thoughtful menu of Michelin-starred bites prepared by Chef Tan, recently awarded one Michelin Star and a Green Star in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2026.

Throughout the afternoon, guests exchanged stories, shared insights, and celebrated the creativity, resilience, and collaboration that defined GranMonte’s 2025 journey. The gathering unfolded over a thoughtfully curated tasting experience beginning with GranMonte’s house-made guava kombucha, followed by Chef Tan’s Michelin-starred bites — Khao Mok Oxtail, Miang Kum with Lotus, Crab Curry bite with crispy betel leaves, a playful “Ham” bite of ham foam, pork jowl and chive, and a nostalgic dessert of Khao Tom Man Woon (coconut and sticky rice).

Each dish was paired with a selection of GranMonte’s wines, showcasing the depth and range of Thai winemaking: Crémant Méthode Traditionelle Extra Brut NV (Chenin Blanc), Spring Chenin Blanc, Bussaba Natural Sweet Wine, Elements Natural Chenin Blanc, Sparkling Verdelho, Midnight Harvest, Gradient Verdelho, Asoke Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah, and The Orient Syrah. The atmosphere reflected a collective appreciation for craftsmanship and a shared belief in the potential of Thai wine on the international stage.

GranMonte’s winemaker, Nikki Lohitnavy and Chef Tan Kosiyabong also gave an interview about Thai wines and sustainability.
