Open 24 hours a day, the JW Marriott Executive Lounge invites guests to unwind in a setting of effortless elegance, away from the bustle of the city. For business travellers, the lounge offers a quiet, thoughtfully-designed workspace complemented by seamless food and beverage service. The environment strikes a balance between productivity and relaxation, ensuring corporate guests can focus, refresh, and recharge in an atmosphere of understated elegance.
During the day, guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, fine teas, and light refreshments. In the late afternoon from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, happy hour begins with free-flowing beverages and artisanal canapés inspired by local flavours. Each experience emphasises artisanal craftsmanship, ingredient provenance, and wellness-focused dining. Complementing the menu, the beverage program proudly showcases New Zealand’s finest wines, reflecting the country’s vibrant viticultural heritage.
The Executive Lounge offers a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication with a central fireplace serving as the focal point embodying a symbol of warmth and welcome that defines the brand’s ethos of a ‘home away from home’. The lounge was designed to reflect JW Marriott’s commitment to sustainability and connection to nature. The use of wooden and wood-inspired designs crafted from locally sourced timbers and natural finishes, evokes a sense of harmony with the environment, while the hotel’s JW Garden provides fresh ingredients that inspire the Lounge’s culinary creations. This garden-to-table approach allows guests to experience the essence of New Zealand’s natural beauty, reinforcing the brand’s dedication to mindful living and environmental stewardship.
Each week, the JW Executive Lounge curates a calendar of enriching activities designed to the JW philosophy of “nourishing the soul.” Guests can look forward to bespoke tastings, local artisan showcases, and wellness-inspired sessions that celebrate New Zealand’s vibrant culture and natural bounty.

Executive Lounge access is exclusively available to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members and is available to non-eligible members for $120 per person around the clock.
