Ventisi’s chefs bring the menu to life with a progression of textures and techniques. Begin with carpaccio, pastrami with slaw, and beef tartare before moving on to hearty signature mains such as Rossini, Café de Paris steak, charred short ribs, Japanese-style teriyaki skewers, and Wagyu ravioli.
