With just three tents, &Beyond this is one of the most exclusive stays in the &Beyond portfolio. Days begin with the calls of the wild and close under a sky dense with stars. (Botswana):  In the West of the Okavango Delta, a world-renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site, &Beyond Nxabega Under Canvas captures a reflection, stillness and connection with nature’s gentler rhythm. Designed for minimal impact without compromising on comfort, the camp offers an immersive, intimate experience with just three tents for a maximum of six guests. This is safari in its purest form.

The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts (India): The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts will mark Hilton’s second luxury hotel in the city. Located in Bengaluru’s dynamic tech district, Whitefield, The Den Bengaluru seamlessly bridges heritage and innovation, offering an environment where guests can move seamlessly between focused work, casual connection, and moments of pause. Opening Q2 2026.

Conrad Kuala Lumpur - Lobby

Conrad Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia): Conrad Kuala     Lumpur         will mark the highly anticipated debut of Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Malaysia. The 481-room hotel promises inspiring stays that celebrate the energy of the city while creating authentic connections to local culture. Conrad          Nagoya          (Japan):         Situated alongside four main thoroughfares of the city center, Conrad Nagoya will offer 170 guest rooms spanning 13 stories of a new 41-story            mixed-use building          complex housing commercial facilities, a multiplex cinema, and offices in addition to the hotel. Tourists and business travellers alike will enjoy convenient    access            to         nearby attractions as well as key business districts with the building directly connected to Sakae Subway Station. Opening Q3 2026.

NoMad Singapore (Singapore): Marking the debut of the NoMad brand in Asia Pacific, NoMad Singapore will bring a refined yet eclectic approach to luxury lifestyle hospitality. The 173-room hotel will combine sophisticated design, world-class dining, and immersive cultural programming. Centrally located in the heart of Orchard Road, every space will be thoughtfully curated, from bespoke local artworks to intimate corners that invite moments of connection, discovery, and indulgence. Opening Q3 2026.

Waldorf Astoria Osaka (Japan): The brand’s highly anticipated debut in Japan offers 252 rooms, three signature restaurants, and tranquil wellness experiences in Grand Green Osaka, the city’s newest urban district. Waldorf Astoria Osaka intertwines the legacy of Waldorf Astoria’s elevated hospitality and design with the vibrance of the city, with sightseeing in Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara less than an hour away. Opened April 2025.

&Beyond Suyian Lodge (Kenya): Set on a 44,000-acre private conservancy in Laikipia, in Kenya’s undiscovered northwest, &Beyond Suyian Lodge offers untamed landscapes with exclusivity and scenic diversity, along with incredible wildlife, including the illusive black panther. Home to just 14 suites, Suyian Lodge is a tribute to its terrain. Natural textures echo the land, floor-to-ceiling glass draws in the view, and private plunge pools offer a cool exhale between adventures. This is Kenya at its purest. Opened July 2025.

Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan (China): The debut of Waldorf Astoria Shanghai Qiantan marked a landmark moment for the brand in Shanghai, positioning it as one of only three cities in the world to have two Waldorf Astoria hotels. An urban riverfront retreat set within the vibrant Qiantan District of

Pudong, the 204-room hotel blends Art Deco     heritage          with     contemporary elegance, featuring skyline-view suites, refined dining, lush terraces, and a spa concept inspired by Chinese wellness philosophies. Opened October 2025.
