Regency Art Hotel’s “Zam Zam Restaurant” shares the Macao’s unique culinary heritage with its debut participation in the “Macao Food Festival”, showcases the city’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and supporting Macao’s development as a Muslim-friendly travel destination.

Zam Zam Restaurant’s participation in this year’s Macao Food Festival reflects our hotel’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and our ongoing support for the diversification of Macao’s tourism development.”

Currently, it is the only Halal-certified Middle Eastern restaurant within a hotel in Macao. “Zam Zam Restaurant” offers an Arabic dining experience for all visitors and Muslims, reflecting the city’s diverse cultural and culinary inclusivity. The restaurant will present a variety of signature Middle East and South East Asia specialties during the 17-day Macao Food Festival, including Shish Kebab, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Biryani, Lamb Biryani, Hummus, Musakhan Roll and Cheese Fatayer. Each dish showcases the rich and diverse essence of halal cuisine.

“Zam Zam Restaurant” booth (No.B15) combines classic Middle Eastern design with modern elegance to create an immersive atmosphere. Combined with traditional halal cooking techniques, it offers guests a sampling of an Arabian Culinary experience, full of vibrant and authentic flavors. The booth is a must-visit destination for Macao Food Festival visitors to sample authentic Arabic cooking and halal cuisines, further reinforcing Macao’s position as a Muslim-friendly travel destination.

“Zam Zam Restaurant” is located in Regency Art Hotel, designed with Mediterranean architecture with Middle-Eastern decorations and Arabic music for a unique experience. The menu offers Halal cuisine from the Middle East and South East Asia, features a rich selection of nomadic and Bedouin recipes including mezze like Hummus and Baba Ganoush, Kebabs & Koftas, Shawarma, Pita breads, Naans, and a selection of rice cooked in Arabic flavors. The signature dishes include Moroccan Tagine, Chicken Quzi stuffed with Spiced Lamb Rice, and Luqaimat for dessert. The restaurant accommodates a total of 120 guests and partitioned into four sections: main dining area, air-conditioned verandah, and 2 private dining rooms that can host between 10 and 30 people. Outdoor dining is also available for a casual dining experience. Guests of all nationalities are welcome to host large and small parties, private functions, tour groups, or take-away orders.
