In addition to its regular menu, the experience will feature special creations such as red prawns with ají amarillo leche de tigre, white and green asparagus anticuchos, grilled lamb ribs, and an exquisite prune bavaroise.
To bid farewell to the year, Oroya presents an eight-course New Year’s Eve dinner (€425 per person, €110 kids menu), with optional wine pairing, combining creativity, flavor, and the unmistakable signature of the renowned Peruvian chef. After a memorable dinner and the traditional twelve grapes at midnight, Madrid’s skyline will light up with a fireworks display from The Roof, the restaurant’s outdoor terrace, followed by a DJ set to welcome 2026 in a truly magical atmosphere.
