Jay Hore, Area General Manager ACT
CANBERRA:TFE Hotels is pleased to announce Jay Hore’s appointment as Area General Manager ACT, where he will oversee the ACT hotel cluster, supporting the region’s growth and development.
With 17 years at TFE Hotels, Jay brings a wealth of experience across hotel operations and leadership development.
From his first role as a receptionist at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne in 2008, Jay quickly progressed into a Hotel Manager role at the Adina Hotel in Wollongong. He has continuously sought growth opportunities, participating in TFE’s inaugural mentoring program and completing TFE’s internal ACADEME and Senior Management Programs.
Jay’s career spans roles in NSW, ACT and TFE Hotels Head Office, including General Manager of Hotel Kurrajong Canberra and most recently, A by Adina Sydney where he led the team to achieve outstanding results and industry recognition. Jay’s appointment reflects TFE’s commitment to nurturing talent and strengthening its ACT portfolio.

Sid Singh, Cluster General Manager – Vibe Hotel Sydney, Rendezvous Hotel Sydney The Rocks and NSW/ACT/QLD/NT/WA Cluster Reservations
SYDNEY: TFE stalwart Sid Singh has been promoted to Cluster General Manager, overseeing Vibe Sydney, Rendezvous Hotel Sydney the Rocks, and the Cluster Reservations Team across NSW, ACT, QLD, NT and WA.
Celebrating 15 years with TFE Hotels, Sid’s journey has been marked by strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to team development. From leading the rebrand of Medina Chippendale to Adina, to mentoring future leaders through TFE’s ACADEME program, Sid has consistently championed growth and innovation.
In his most recent role as General Manager at Vibe Sydney, Sid demonstrated exceptional leadership, successfully managing a high-volume operation while overseeing major hotel upgrades. His ability to lead with resilience and optimism for his team has made a lasting impact across the business.

Chris Greening, Hotel General Manager, A by Adina Sydney
SYDNEY: Chris Greening brings more than a decade of leadership experience across luxury and boutique hotel environments, to his new role as General Manager for A by Adina Sydney.
With a strong background in operational excellence and guest experience innovation, Chris joins TFE Hotels from Oxford House, Paddington – where he served as Hotel Manager, overseeing one of Sydney’s leading lifestyle hotels operated by Solotel.
His career includes senior roles with QT Hotels & Resorts, Independent Collection by EVT, and Crystalbrook Collection, as well as luxury appointments at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley and Hayman Island Resort.
Chris’s understanding of high-end hospitality and design-led experiences makes him well-positioned to lead A by Adina Sydney – a flagship property that redefines hotel living with its architecturally designed apartments, premium amenities, and curated guest experiences.
Supporting Chris in the Executive Assistant Manager role is Isaac Ilitch, who has transitioned from Rendezvous Sydney The Rocks.

Andrew O’Donovan, Hotel General Manager, Travelodge Hurstville, NSW
SYDNEY: TFE Hotels is excited to announce the appointment of Andrew O’Donovan as General Manager of Travelodge Hotel Hurstville – his first General Manager role and a significant milestone in his career.
Andrew recently celebrated 10 years of dedicated service with TFE Hotels, having built an impressive career from Guest Service Agent at Adina Anzac Square to Assistant Hotel Manager across multiple properties and regions. His journey has included key roles in hotel openings, secondments across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, and recognition through TFE’s internal awards program.
Andrew’s leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to guest experience have made him a standout contributor across the TFE network. His appointment at Travelodge Hurstville, marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in his career.
Ansarina Flower, Hotel General Manager, Travelodge Sydney Airport
SYDNEY: TFE Hotels has appointed Ansarina Flower as the new Hotel General Manager of Travelodge Sydney Airport.
Over the past 15 years Ansarina has worked at TFE and proven to be a powerhouse in various leadership roles across Reservations, Front Office, and Hotel Management. For the last eight years, Ann has led multiple properties with a special focus on the Travelodge brand, always delivering results and driving success.
Ann’s most recent achievements include successfully opening Travelodge Hurstville and St Marks Road Co. Café (in 2022), overcoming the challenges of a post-pandemic world.
Ann has also showcased versatility through relief roles across multiple brands and properties, where she has strengthened her leadership skills. With strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and a drive for business development, team growth, and operational strategy Travelodge Sydney Airport is set for success under Ann’s management.

Claire Slattery, Hotel General Manager, Adina Apartment Hotel Wollongong, NSW
WOLLONGONG: After a successful stint at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough, Claire returns to NSW as Hotel General Manager at Adina Apartment Hotel Wollongong.
Claire’s journey with TFE Hotels began in 2015 at Travelodge Newcastle and has since spanned a variety of operational and leadership roles across NSW and WA. Most recently, she served as Rooms Division Manager at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough, where she played a key role in transforming front office operations and driving team performance.
A graduate of TFE’s ACADEME Management Leadership Program, Claire has contributed to more than 14 properties through her work with the NSW Relief Team and has been recognised for her leadership with multiple accolades in TFE awards program.
Fernando Rousseau, Executive Assistant Hotel Manager, The EVE Hotel Sydney, NSW
SYDNEY: TFE Hotels is pleased to announce the promotion of Fernando Rousseau to Executive Assistant Hotel Manager at The EVE Hotel Sydney, which officially opened its doors to guests in February this year.
Fernando has been a valued team member of TFE Hotels since 2016, making a significant impact across multiple properties including Travelodge Hotel Bankstown, Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour, and most recently, A by Adina Sydney, where he excelled as Assistant Hotel Manager. His hands-on leadership style, commitment to team development, and operational expertise have delivered strong results.
A graduate of TFE’s ACADEME People Leaders Program, Fernando has been recognised for his contributions at both company and industry levels. He was named a finalist in the 2024 NSW Accommodation Association Awards for Excellence in the Rooms Division Manager of the Year category.
