From 15th November to 22nd December 2025, Chiva-Som Hua Hin will host Thomas Anderson, an acclaimed practitioner of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, as a visiting practitioner to help guests work on their physical balance and holistic wellbeing.
Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, this transformative, hands-on therapy focuses on aligning and integrating the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. When the fascia is lengthened, it allows muscles to move more efficiently and effortlessly.
Rolfing offers a profound recalibration of the body. Guests may find relief from long-standing discomforts or the lingering effects of injury, illness or surgery, while unlocking new levels of energy, flexibility and freedom in movement.
Benefits include:
· Relief from chronic pain and muscular tension
· Improved posture and respiratory function
· Increased energy and mobility
· Enhanced athletic performance and reduced risk of injury
· Greater overall physical and mental wellbeing
With over two decades of wellness experience, Thomas Anderson is a dedicated practitioner of yoga, martial arts and extreme sports. He discovered the Rolf Method in 1998 after years of managing sports-related injuries. His expertise was refined at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado, and through mentorship with renowned pioneers.
Through this limited period, guests will have the opportunity to experience a renewed sense of lightness and vitality, where the body moves as nature intended, and wellness transcends the physical to touch every aspect of being.
Visiting Periods:
· 15 November – 22 December 202
