JAMPA, a MICHELIN Green Star restaurant deeply rooted in the philosophy of sustainability and its connection to the land, begins a new chapter driven by creativity, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to shaping a better food future.
For the first time, JAMPA has introduced an à la carte menu, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a curated selection of signature creations at their own pace. Highlights include vibrant seasonal creations such as Heirloom Tomato with Strawberry and Bael Fruit, Grouper with Sunchoke and Macadamia, and Phuket Chocolate with Jackfruit and Eggplant Ice Cream.

Alongside the new offering, JAMPA’s tasting journeys have been refined into two six-course menus.
The Plant-Forward Inspired by Nature menu celebrates the abundance of Thailand’s seasonal produce in dishes elevated through open-fire cooking, fermentation, and zero-waste techniques.
The JAMPA Experience brings together land and sea in a luxurious expression of Chef Rick’s philosophy, “A Life Worth Eating.”
Guided by its philosophy of transforming local ingredients into culinary stories, JAMPA showcases the vibrancy of Thailand’s produce through thoughtful plant-forward creations, paired with elements from both land and sea.

Central to this vision is Pru Jampa Farm, the restaurant’s own organic farm and living expression of sustainability. Seasonal produce is freshly cultivated right from its own farm and farmers around Phuket and Thailand, creating a genuine farm-to-table journey that reduces waste, protects biodiversity, and honours the land with every dish.
The JAMPA team continues to push boundaries with innovative menus that are as nourishing as they are memorable, reinforcing JAMPA’s role as a pioneer of sustainable fine dining in Phuket.
