This vibrant social gathering promises an afternoon of delectable culinary creations, expertly crafted cocktails, and sophisticated socializing with a visiting bartender and guest chef. In the September edition, experience a special collaboration with Bisou Bangkok, Gladwell Bar, and The St. Regis Bangkok Team.
Gladwell, a cozy neighborhood bar in Chiang Mai, will bring its philosophy of turning strangers into friends through approachable yet expertly crafted cocktails. Joining them at the bar are Brian Gonzalez, a skilled mixologist and The St. Regis Bar team, who will offer signature creations made with premium spirits. This edition’s culinary offerings mirror the casually refined spirit of the monthly series. Bisou Bangkok, listed in Michelin guide 2025 and led by chef and co-owner Antoine Darquin, will showcase French gastronomy with Japanese influences. The St. Regis Bangkok’s Chef Matteo Fontana will present contemporary creations rooted in Mediterranean inspiration. The experience is further elevated with French oysters, premium cold cuts and cheese, and pass-around desserts, complemented by live music from a DJ.
Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends takes place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The St. Regis Bar, on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok. Priced at THB 1,599 net per person, the experience includes free-flow tapas and beverages (cocktails, wine, beer, or soft drinks). Early bird bookings before September 20, enjoy a special rate of THB 1,399 net, and THB 4,199 net for free-flow Champagne. An à la carte menu will also be available for guests who prefer to order individually with cocktails.
