accelerating market growth.
Shelton brings more than two decades of demonstrated success in convention sales, hotel sales, and marketing to his new role as Director of
Sales at ADERO Scottsdale Resort. In this capacity, Shelton oversees the sales operation and implementation of business sales strategies to reach target goals across the meetings & events, corporate transient, and leisure stay segments.

Throughout his professional career, Shelton has consistently delivered revenue growth, record-breaking convention room nights, and increased lead generation during his tenures at Marriott, Hilton and IHG properties in key U.S. markets, as well as at domestic and international destination marketing organizations. He most recently served as Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa.
Miller joins ADERO Scottsdale Resort with a strong analytical background and extensive revenue management expertise at luxury destination resorts in the Florida Keys. As Revenue Strategy Manager, Miller is responsible for maximizing the resort’s financial performance by developing and executing effective pricing, distribution, forecasting, and inventory management strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A dynamic marketing professional and creative strategist with 10-plus years in the industry, Theron arrives at ADERO Scottsdale Resort from Marc & Rose Hospitality, where she oversaw marketing efforts for three distinct hotels in California and Arizona. She brings an established track record of driving growth, engagement, and measurable results for luxury and lifestyle brands through comprehensive marketing initiatives. Theron plays a vital role in shaping the resort’s brand presence as Marketing Manager, in addition to creating memorable guest experiences through compelling campaigns that make a positive impact.
