The Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Atlantis The Royal, has reimagined its menu just in time for Spring. Known for Heston’s unique approach to gastronomy, the refreshed offering features 10 new dishes alongside much-loved signatures, each with a playful nod to British history. In addition to its new dishes, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal has introduced an elevated take on the classic cheese course, with a dedicated cheese trolley and curated pairing experience.

Under the helm of the newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Chris Malone, the menu welcomes the Scallop & White Chocolate (c. 2001), paired with caviar and tartare, as well as the Buttered Crab Loaf (c.1714) dish, featuring king crab and sea urchin. For mains, guests can look forward to the Turbot & Green Sauce (c.1440) and the Compost Tart (c.1390), a flavourful combination of goat cheese, cep mushroom, honey, and barbecued vegetables. The Chicken & Macrows (c.1661), served with cauliflower and shiitake mushrooms, also makes a debut. These new creations join signatures such as the Ribeye or Fillet of Wagyu (c.1830), with sides including Heston’s iconic triple cooked chips to truffle mash.

For those with a sweet tooth, the Tipsy Tea Cake (c.1858) features the iconic spit-roast pineapple with an earl grey and oak tea twist. While the Mango & Lychee (c.2001) and the Lamington Cake (c.1900) with a rich blend of coconut, raspberries, and chocolate deliver the ultimate indulgence. In addition, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal has newly introduced a cheese trolley, featuring a curated selection of four artisanal cheeses, each paired with its own refined garnish, such as goat’s cheese with slow-poached figs in verjus and hibiscus. This new experience offers a fun way to round off an evening at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal.

To complement the menu, the restaurant offers an ever-evolving wine selection of over 1,600 labels. Guests can select from classic wine pairings, non-alcoholic options, mixed pairings, or wine by the glass from its extensive cellar. Plus, an extensive cocktail menu, featuring all the classics but with a creative twist.

In 2025, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal was ranked No.33 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list and retained its Michelin star. It was also awarded ‘Wine Offering of the Year’ by Gault&Millau UAE and honoured Arturo Scamardella, Head Sommelier of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal as ‘Sommelier of the Year’.

The new menu is now available where diners can choose a three-course experience featuring one main and two starters for AED 580 per person, or four-courses with one main and any three additional starters or desserts for AED 670 per person.
